Hours: 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.

Marriage License: $53 cash; please arrive before 11:30 a.m. in the morning and 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon.

Dissolution: $200 filing fee and $45 judgment fee.  We can not give out any forms, but you can call (406) 444-9300 for the Self-Help Law Center or go to the State Law Library on-line for the forms. 

Probates: $100 filing fee and $2 - $4 dollars per letter. 

Felony Charges
