Public Hearing; Solid Waste Material Definition and Fee List

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Broadwater County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on  March 13th, 2024 at 10:05 am in the Flynn Building for the purpose of hearing comments on the Resolution for Non-Household Material Definition and Fee List for Broadwater County Solid Waste Department as stated in MCA 7-13-232 (6).  A copy of the resolution and attachment is available in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office and the County website,  http://www.broadwatercountymt.com for public review.  Written comments are also being accepted and should be sent to: Public Works Department, 515 Broadway, Townsend, MT 59644.  Email comments are being accepted and should be sent to tgraveley@co.broadwater.mt.us or mmasolo@co.broadwater.mt.us
