Executive Administrative Assistant - Commission - Broadwater County

 

Broadwater County is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week for the Commission and supporting departments under commission supervision. Duties and responsibilities include answering phones, livestreaming county board meetings, drafting minutes and weekly agendas, processing mail, responding to walk-in inquiries, filing, and other clerical duties. Attention to detail, ability to work on deadline, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, discretion, and customer service skills are essential. Occasional evening hours may be required. GIS and soils knowledge is helpful. A valid driver’s license is required. The wage is $16-$19/hr, DOE. Includes health insurance and other benefits.
